Formation & First Meeting Machwa Kisan Club

A one day Machwa Farmers Club Meeting was organised by Shining Souls under guidance of Mr. Rahul Sinha, Chairman Shining Souls Trust on 14th June, 2020 at Village- Machwa, P.O.- Mahuwa, Panchayat- Koisa khurd,Block - Panchdeori, P.S.- Kateya,Dist- Gopalganj, Bihar. This event was organized with the aim of forming the Machwa Kisan Club. The programme was attended by a total number of 50 participants with following COVID Protocol  and progressive farmers from different block of the district. The programme began with the Prayer. The programme was chaired by Mr. Rahul Sinha delivered the welcome address and emphasized that farmers to be attentive in the programme. 

The main objective of forming the Kisan Club is to make the farmer brothers aware of the crop production, marketing, farming allied business, handling of natural resources and the changes coming in agriculture.

Shri Sinha said that there are many such government facilities to the farmers about which they do not know at the time and our farmer brothers are unable to take advantage of those facilities in time. In this context, Shri Sinha said that Shining Souls will also fully assist the Kisan Club members to become digital. So that any government facility is provided by the government to our farmer brothers, so that they can know about it and take advantage of it in time.

Shri Sinha said that it is important for the farmers to know about the production of agricultural products as well as their marketing. Consumers get expensive agricultural products and farmers do not get good prices in the market, which is directly benefiting the consumers and the shopkeepers between the farmers.
